I grew up in Kingman, a small rural town in Northwest Arizona. Everybody knew me because my Dad was the chief engineer at the Ford Motor Co Proving Ground. Tourism was also a big economic factor here because of the town’s location on Route 66, so I watched and was influenced by family friends who were merchants . I grew up in Kingman, a small rural town in Northwest Arizona. Everybody knew me because my Dad was the chief engineer at the Ford Motor Co Proving Ground. Tourism was also a big economic factor here because of the town’s location on Route 66, so I watched and was influenced by family friends who were merchants. I had salesmanship skills when I was young. I worked several odd jobs and traded various things because saving money and buying necessities was important to me. Later I worked a sales job at PBSW, an office and school supply store. These jobs taught me entrepreneurship and how to reach my goals for a successful and happy life. I attended Kingman High School where my best subjects were math and science. After graduation, I joined the United States Navy and worked in electronics next to Silicon Valley. I was lucky to be working with the exploding micro computer industry at an exciting time and I loved it. After the Navy I attended Arizona State University where I studied marketing and minored in computer information systems. I worked in the mortgage industry where I loved helping as many people as possible buy their "american dream” home. After college I married the girl of my dreams, my beautiful high school sweetheart who is a fun, inspirational wife and an awesome mother to our 2 beautiful daughters. Now I own a company which is predominantly an online business and I enjoy teaching and speaking. For me it comes down to 1 word: Freedom. First, I have true time freedom. Because the internet is always open - I get up when I want - and I work when I want. The flexibility is amazing. Second, I have location freedom. I can work anywhere - and I can live anywhere I want. I run my business anywhere from my MacBook and my iPhone. I love the climate in Phoenix 9 months out of the year - and traveling during the 3 summer months to get away from the heat. On top of all of this - I get to serve clients around our country and even the world. Third, I get the freedom of who I work with. No longer do I have to work with a grumpy boss or unreasonable customers. When you attract the right clients into your life, it gets a lot more enjoyable. Many of my clients have become great friends and I’ve also had the honor to hang out with and coach some amazing people. Finally is the ultimate freedom, “the freedom of purpose”. I do the work I love and the work I was born to do. For me, my life is now about making the maximum positive impact I can. I have a personal relationship with a community of like-minded friends who have the same values and a lot of fun doing it. Life is good.
